How the work grew

One practice at a time,
in the order life asked for it.

Three practices exist rather than one because each answered a problem the one before it could not. A client can come in through a single door. It is the same hand throughout.

Real Estate

I began my New York real estate career in 2011, working with leading teams at Douglas Elliman before joining Time Equities in 2014. For years I worked on the development side of residential sales, representing sponsor inventory across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

That experience built a high level of expertise in negotiation, sales strategy, marketing, positioning and deal execution, with a deep understanding of how transactions are evaluated from both the ownership side and the client side.

Hygge Haus

Hygge Haus was created in 2014 out of a real estate need: finding better solutions for properties that were not performing at their full potential. Staging became an extension of the sales strategy, combining interiors, presentation, branding and buyer psychology.

Since then I have staged more than 120 residences for developers and private clients, bringing together interior vision and market strategy.

Origo Advisory

Over time I realized that behind every decision to buy, sell, invest, relocate or redesign a home, there is a person or a family moving through a transition. My advisory work grew from that understanding.

It brings my professional expertise together with an increasingly client-centered approach, to help people clarify what comes next and move through the transition with perspective and confidence.

A life shaped by transition

I have made the move I help people make.

I was born in Argentina and came to the United States at nineteen, building a new life, an education and a career in New York.

I studied Political Science and International Relations, and spent more than twenty years living and working in New York City before moving with my family to the Connecticut Gold Coast. Today I live in New Canaan.

My own experience with immigration, career building, motherhood, relocation and reinvention has shaped the way I understand change, and why thoughtful guidance through it matters so much.

What I bring
  • High-level negotiation expertise
  • Sales, marketing and positioning strategy
  • Developer-side and sponsor sales experience
  • Staging and interior vision
  • Bilingual, English y Español
  • International client and relocation experience
  • A client-centered approach to life transitions

“Home is not just a place.
It is a chapter of your life.”

Cecilia

My work lives at the intersection of property, aesthetics and the human journey. I bring intuition, strategy and experience to what comes next, so a transition feels considered rather than rushed.

A broader perspective

Relocation is not only logistical.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I have worked extensively with international clients from Latin America and Europe as they navigate real estate, investment, relocation, and establishing a home in the United States.

It is also a transition of identity, family, culture and belonging. Being licensed in New York, Connecticut and Florida means I can guide the whole arc of that decision rather than a single leg of it.

Wherever you are in the transition.

One complimentary call, and no rush on your end.
